The Addams Family is not your typical family: they take delight in most of the things that "normal" people would be terrified of. Gomez Adams is an extremely wealthy man, and is able to indulge his wife Morticia's every desire: be it cultivation of poisonous plants, or a candlelit dinner in a graveyard. People visiting the Addams Family just don't seem to appreciate the 7 foot tall butler "Lurch" or the helping hand (which is just a disembodied hand" named "Thing". Tickets are $70 for a meal and show.

Audition will be held at Stage Left Theatre in Boulder, please wear comfortable clothing. You will be asked to read a monologue and sing a song that you are comfortable with. If you can dance a short 1minute dance will do. The auditions will be recorded.

Our story's title character. A big, green, terrifying ogre who lives alone on a swamp. He embarks on a journey to rid his land of fairytale creatures and, along the way, falls in love with Fiona. Begins as a grumpy hermit, but reveals his layers and eventually becomes the hero.

Fiona

The beautiful princess of Far Far Away, she transforms into an ogre every night when the sun sets. Rescued by Shrek and eventually falls in love with him. Quirky, blunt, and multitalented, she is not an ordinary princess.

Donkey

A talking donkey who joins Shrek on the run from Farquaad's guards. Quite the chatte...
